Job Description

About the opportunity 
We have an opening for Change Partner to join our team. This role is based in our head office with hybrid working options available and is a full time contract role until 30th June 2026.  
The role of Change Partner is to support the development and implementation of change management strategies intended to optimise the benefits of organisational change initiatives.  
 

Desired Skills and Experience

About you
As the successful candidate, you’ll need to demonstrate the following skills and experience.
Mandatory
•    Experience leading change within specialist teams.
•    Demonstrated experience in change and transformational management using recognised industry methodology such as AIM, PCI, Prosci or 7S.
•    Experience working with cross functional project teams, including delivery of projects.
•    Exceptional written and verbal communication skills including the ability to develop engaging content. 
•    Ability to influence, coach and support people.
•    Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.

Desirable 
•    Great communication, negotiating and conflict resolution skills. 
•    Tertiary qualification in a related discipline (i.e.  HR, management, business/commerce)
•    Experience in Agile frameworks and influencing changes to working models.
•    Private Health or General Insurance experience
•    Leadership experience 
•    Certification: Prosci
•    Natural facilitator
