Job Description
About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and analytical Media Specialist to support the execution of multi-channel media campaigns across GMHBA and Frank. You will play a key role in driving customer acquisition, enhancing brand visibility, and optimising media performance in collaboration with internal teams and external media partners.
Key Responsibilities
Support the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid media campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Working closely with the media agency in collaboration with internal marketing and brand teams to ensure assets align to media plans, media specifications and delivered on time.
Administration of media plans and budgets for GMHBA and Frank Health Insurance.
Monitor media performance against key metrics (CPA, conversion, reach), provide insights, and recommend optimisations.
Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes impacting media and advertising.
Support quarterly media reviews and contribute to reporting for key stakeholders.
Desired Skills and Experience
About you
As the ideal candidate, you’ll need to demonstrate the following skill and experience:
Mandatory
Tertiary Qualification in relevant area (i.e. management, business, commerce etc) or by equivalent experience
5+ years experience in media, agency or client side
Experience in planning and delivery of ATL and BTL media
Commercial and financial acumen (including excel proficiency)
Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to establish and maintain positive relationships and act with impact and influence at all levels
Highly organized
Highly desirable
Health insurance or financial services background desirable but not necessary.
