Job Description

The role:

GMHBA has an ambitious vision over the next ten years to move from being a private health insurer with health businesses to an integrated care company that prioritises seamless customer experience.  We're looking for a visionary Change Manager to play a key leadership role within the transformation team and support the business through this major business transformation program. This role will see you lead initiatives that reshape our workplace culture, ways of working, technology integration, and overall operating model. You will drive strategic change across the organization, influencing how we run our business and enabling sustainable adoption of new ways of working. This is your opportunity to be the catalyst for real impact and lasting change at GMHBA.

  • Full time - 2 year contract
  • Based in our Geelong Head office
  • Leadership role with 4 direct reports

Desired Skills and Experience

About you

  • 5+ years industry experience (including significant experience in the delivery of large scale business transformation projects)
  • Demonstrated experience:
    • in change and transformational management using recognised industry methodology such as AIM, PCI, Prosci or 7S.
    • in developing and managing change programs for complex, large scale transformational initiatives.
    • in working with cross functional project teams, including delivery of projects from scope to completion.
    • with structured methodologies and influencing changes to working models.
    • with high volume operation environments
    • with medium to large customer service environments
    • communicating with varying stakeholders up to senior and executive level
