Job Description

Looking for flexibility, variety, and the chance to make a real difference?

GMHBA is seeking a Part-Time Admin Support Officer to support our Health Programs team and member engagement functions.

In this role, you’ll be the go-to person keeping everything running smoothly – from processing invoices and payments to coordinating client satisfaction surveys and ensuring our records are accurate and up to date.

 What you’ll do:

  • Keep things organised with accounts payable/receivable and invoicing
  • Support health programs by coordinating surveys and managing feedback
  • Provide day-to-day admin support including filing, data entry and document prep
  • Be part of a team that values collaboration, care and continuous improvement

Desired Skills and Experience

What you’ll bring:

  • Strong admin experience (5+ years) with proficiency in MS Office
  • An eye for detail and the ability to work independently
  • A positive, proactive approach and great communication skills
