We’re looking for a Solution Architect who can connect business vision with technical brilliance. You’ll shape and deliver integrated solutions across applications, data, and infrastructure — empowering teams, enhancing experiences, and driving innovation that matters.
What You’ll Do
Lead the design of scalable, future-focused solutions across GMHBA’s technology landscape.
Collaborate with business, data, and tech teams to align solutions with strategic goals.
Be the go-to expert for architecture decisions that balance innovation with practicality.
Simplify complexity — translate technical detail into clear business value.
Drive continuous improvement and champion best-practice architecture, including scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions that leverage low-code/no-code platforms where appropriate.
Develop and maintain reusable architecture patterns and artefacts to support consistency and scalability.
Design integration solutions across enterprise systems, including CRM, HR, and data platforms
Strong technical understanding across data, application, and infrastructure layers.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience.
Bonus points for certifications such as TOGAF, Azure, Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, SAFe, or ITIL.
